Crossing Borders: Different Culture. Different me.

Write a reflection on how your international experience has affected your view of the world. 

Eligibility Criteria

Current UNC Charlotte Undergraduate and Graduate Students and upper levels (5 or 6) of the English Language Training Institute (ELTI)

Awards & Recognition

  • One $400 cash award in each category (Undergraduate, Graduate, and ELTI)
  • Two $175 honorary mention cash awards in each category
  • Winners invited to the International Education Celebration to receive their awards on April 19th from 3:35 – 5:00pm in Atkins Library, Halton Readiing Room. 

 

Guidelines for Papers

Must be an original essay, short story, or report based on your experience no more than 1000 words; typed and double-spaced.
